June will guide you on your adventure to make Kaleidoscope Blocks from Half Square Triangles. This technique class looks more complicated than it is and produces very little waste. June will contact students before class with written instructions and a video tutorial guiding students through identifying to ensure that everyone will be successful in class and that their kaleidoscope blocks have the maximum impact. During the morning session, the class will cover the techniques of cutting and sewing the blocks, and then in the afternoon students will have the opportunity to practice the skills they learned during the morning session. Before we wrap up for the day, we will use the blocks made by everyone in the class to discuss different ways the blocks can be set into a finished project.
