This lovely purple butterfly is brought to life with simple embroidery stitches placed throughout to create a whimsical look. It would make a lovely small wall hanging by itself, or add a border to complement the embroidery.
In this class, we will cover the basics of wool appliqué, as well as teaching you a variety of simple hand embroidery techniques to embellish your butterfly. We will have optional kits available for you to purchase to include everything you need for the butterfly block. Border design can be achieved with scraps from your stash.
