Friday and Saturday – 2 Day Class
In this two-day, hands-on workshop, you’ll explore multiple methods for creating patterns on fabric, including twisting, folding, clamping, wrapping around poles and ropes, and hand stitching. Working with PFD cotton and MX dyes, you’ll experiment with layering colors, overdyeing, and combining techniques to produce beautifully complex surface designs that are unique to you. By the end of the class, you’ll have a collection of one-of-a-kind, hand-dyed Shibori fabrics ready to inspire future quilting or sewing projects.
