Do you have a quilt that you just can’t seem to put the binding on? How about a quilt that doesn’t serve your needs anymore? Or quilted fabric that you love but don’t know what to do with it? Let’s turn those quilts into jackets or coats. Students will learn how to measure their bodies and apply those measurements to a pattern. Lay out the pattern and how to construct a wearable quilt. Students will learn how to finish the seams inside their jackets and either button or zipper closures. Choice of a coat or a sleeveless vest will be made.
