The Mid-Appalachian Quilters gather each summer for a three day quilting seminar filled with classes and networking.
In the off-months, the quilters meet in local quilt guilds. The Lottery Blocks and the Block of the Month are on-going projects quilters bring with them to finish at the MAQ Educational Seminar.
I learned so many new techniques, and gained confidence in my ability to create other beautiful pieces.
